PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Pay: $25-30/Hour
Overview:
Cameron Patrick Neth Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and discretion. Must be willing to take initiative and be proactive in completing tasks with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Prepare communications and manage email accounts, including paying approved invoices and responding to messages across multiple platforms.
Arrange travel and accommodations, as needed.
Maintain and create vendor, customer, and monthly sales tax files.
Process invoices and payments through QuickBooks.
Run credit card payments through PayPal.
Order office supplies and maintain supply inventory.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Create customer invoices and print price tags as needed.
Maintain 1stDibs account, including following up on offers and listing items.
Event and Show Assistance:
Assist with events and jewelry shows, which may occasionally include evening or weekend hours.
Financial Management:
Pay vendors via checks, credit card, wires, Venmo, and Zelle.
Understand and be able to process international payments and shipping.
Manage and monitor financial transactions and records.
Household Management:
Assist with general household needs and maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, A/C return filters, and contracting general services.
Assist in coordinating service calls for maintenance; security gates, internet, etc.
Run errands as needed, both personal and professional.
Pick up and take dry cleaning.
Maintain vehicles, including service, fuel, and cleaning.
Assist with pet care, including feeding and medication for the dog.
Straighten the house as needed, including washing dishes, laundry, trash disposal, and organizing the pantry and fridge.
Ensure daily medications are prepared and manage prescription refills and supplement orders.
Set alarms for medication reminders.
Auction and Shipping Management:
Register for LiveAuctioneers auctions and arrange pick-up or shipping of items won.
Must understand how to process international shipping and customs regulations.
Create and print insured FedEx labels for shipping and manage package deliveries.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist with pool and guest house projects.
Perform occasional light yard tasks, such as watering plants.
Ensure the generator is functioning properly weekly.
Pay the house cleaner via Zelle weekly.
Ensure house doors are locked and alarms are set when leaving the house.
Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs (not mandatory).
Advanced understanding of shipping processes both domestic and international.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and PayPal.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable with pet care and light household chores.
